Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Emergency Department setting.
• Manage and prioritize patient care for trauma and non-trauma cases.
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with medical teams to develop treatment plans.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
• Trauma experience required.
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working night shifts in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
