Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting, as well as with swing bed and acute inpatients within a small, critical access hospital.
• Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with hospital policies.
• Cover for staff PTO, with potential for future coverage opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Valid Alaska occupational therapy license.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient, inpatient, or acute care settings.
• Familiarity with critical access hospital environments.
