Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor patient health and document changes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or SNF environment
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shifts in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills
