Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized cardiovascular operating room nursing care in a hospital setting.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sterile environments during procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Work in accordance with facility policies, including every other weekend and holiday rotations.
• Follow established protocols for patient care and documentation during shifts.
• Support the clinical team with perioperative nursing duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• Valid nursing license with at least 1 year of experience in cardiovascular surgery.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Previous experience working in a CVOR or cardiovascular surgical unit.
• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical skills in perioperative patient care.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospital policies related to surgical procedures and infection control.
• Ability to adapt to different clinical settings and teams.
