Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed therapists in providing occupational therapy services to patients
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision
• Document patient interactions and progress accurately
• Support patient activities to promote functional independence
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment

Required Qualifications
• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current LARA (Laws and Rules) check
• Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care standards
