• Full-time, Day shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to patients to improve their functional abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to supervising therapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
