- Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed therapists in implementing patient care plans
- Support patient recovery through therapeutic exercises and treatments
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Follow safety and compliance protocols at all times
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adhere to treatment plans and safety standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitation facilities
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
