Contract, 13 weeks, nights shift, 12-hour shifts, guaranteed 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting during night shifts
- Monitor and document patient health status and report to healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and state regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a rotating or consistent schedule
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a 12-hour night shift schedule
- Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
- Ability to handle a fast-paced healthcare environment
