Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Cover multiple facilities in Carlisle and Elizabethtown, PA, as needed.
- Travel between facilities, with the opportunity to live centrally for convenience.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license or registration.
-SNF or skilled nursing facility experience. - Willingness to cover multiple locations in Pennsylvania.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in SNF or long-term care settings.
- Ability to adapt to different facility protocols and teams.
