Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical instructions
- Assist with daily living activities as needed, ensuring comfort and safety
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols to maintain a secure environment for residents
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of South Dakota
- Current CPR and first aid certifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Knowledge of nursing practices within LTC/SNF settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
