Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

Job Title

• Registered Nurse (RN) - LTC/SNF

• Glendive, MT

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3-on/3-off schedule, temporary travel assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residents’ conditions in a long-term care/senior care facility
• Administer medications and treatments, including venipuncture blood draws
• Communicate resident condition changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Lead care coordination efforts for residents with complex needs, including PTSD and multiple comorbidities
• Manage telehealth visits and utilize electronic medical records system for documentation and communication
• Support a team-centered environment by being flexible and assisting where needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Montana
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or skilled nursing facility
• Experience with memory care and PTSD patient care
• Proficiency in venipuncture blood draws
• BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing IV drips, including antibiotics (rare)
• Familiarity with PCC electronic medical records system
• Ability to manage care for residents with complex medical conditions
