Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed therapists in delivering patient care
- Support therapy sessions and monitor patient progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses
- Follow treatment plans and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours
- Successful completion of state-specific licensing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and team skills
