- Travel - IR Tech (Special Procedures Tech - Radiology)
Location
- Miami, FL
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, travel assignment, 13 weeks duration, day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in performing interventional radiology procedures such as Y90, prostate embolization, tunneled catheter placements, thoracentesis, and paracentesis.
- Operate Philips IR Table and ensure proper documentation in Meditech system.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Adhere to unit protocols, dress code, and call requirements (1 week per month).
- Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- BLS certification.
- ARRT certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of radiology or interventional radiology experience.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel experience preferred.
- Familiarity with fast-paced medical units.
- Comfortable working with specific equipment such as Philips IR Table.
