Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Dialysis Unit
- Provide specialized nursing care tailored to patients of different age groups
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and respond to patient needs during dialysis treatments
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Knowledge of dialysis procedures and patient care standards
- Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a dialysis or nephrology setting
- Familiarity with hospital or clinical environments
- Certification in nephrology nursing (preferred but not required)
