• Full-time, onsite, 8.5-hour shifts (Mids), 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting.
• Monitor patient health status, administer medications, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license for the state of New Hampshire.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a SNF or LTC facility.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• BLS/CPR certification.
