• Educate patients and families on post-therapy care and exercises.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
