Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide rehabilitative care to patients with diverse physical therapy needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Support patient education on therapy exercises and treatment protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant licensure or certification.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.
• Familiarity with orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
