• Full-time, Days shifts, 12-hour shifts, approximately 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients within designated counties and potentially outside the primary service areas.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions based on individual patient needs.
• Complete documentation of treatments, patient progress, and administrative details in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Travel to patient locations within assigned territories and possibly beyond, with the ability to work weekends if required.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and compliance protocols, including COVID-19 precautions for positive or PUI patients.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and registration
• TB screening (annual), MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap (last 10 years), annual flu shot, drug screening, and physical exam clearance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient therapy experience
• Ability to travel between multiple clinical sites and patient locations
• Comfortable treating COVID-positive and PUI patients
