Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering rehabilitative care to patients
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and treatment outcomes
• Support patient mobilization, exercises, and therapeutic activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations during therapy sessions

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience in physical therapy assisting is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Flexibility to work days and adapt to patient needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of therapeutic equipment and modalities
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
