Belen, NM
Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, Night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Ensure resident safety and comfort through proper medication administration and monitoring
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document resident progress and report any significant changes to appropriate personnel
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding patient care and safety
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a LTC/SNF environment preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Prior night shift experience in a long-term care setting
