Registered Nurse - PACU Orangeburg, SC



Full-time, day shifts, 4x10-hour shifts per week

- Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical procedures in the PACU. - Monitor patient vital signs, assess recovery status, and manage pain levels. - Collaborate with surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient throughput. - Document patient progress and interventions accurately in electronic health records. - Respond promptly to patient needs during the immediate postoperative period. - Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and hospital policies. - Valid RN license for South Carolina or multi-state/compact license. - Minimum of 1 year of recent PACU experience. - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through American Heart Association. - No radiation badge required.

  • At least 2 years of general Med Surg experience.
  • Prior PACU experience in a similar hospital setting.
  • Ability to adapt to alternating shift start times and weekend call requirements.
