Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title

• Part-time, Night shift (2x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing in ICU units, including float to other campuses (Bucyrus & Galion) as needed.
• Maintain compliance with travel and scheduling policies, including minimizing time off requests and making up missed shifts.
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines in an acute hospital setting.
• Follow safety protocols, including medication scanning and on-call procedures, with rapid response requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent, consecutive experience in ICU in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Valid state nursing license; pending licenses not accepted.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Knowledge of medication scanning and hospital technology systems such as Epic preferred.
• Ability to work nights and handle float responsibilities across campuses.
• Willingness to travel and adjust shifts as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience; no first-time travelers accepted.
• Experience with Epic EMR systems.
• Ability to respond and return to hospital within 1 hour when on-call.
