Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor patient health status, record observations, and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility policies
- Document patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Prior experience in LTC/SNF or similar healthcare environments preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Flexible with schedule and adaptable to facility needs
