Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, on-site, day shifts, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility environment
- Cover CNA duties as needed to support team operations
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and shift reports
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN/VN license in New York State, with license on file at time of submission
- Must have at least 1 year of recent LTC/SNF experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check, FACIS 3, and NY State check
- Reliable transportation; personal or rental vehicle recommended
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with IV therapy offered
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Availability for every other weekend and flexible scheduling as needed
