Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic needs.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Manage patient caseload, typically seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Washington.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
• Supervision of physical therapist assistants (PTA) preferred but not mandatory.
• Open to first-time travelers and recent grads with outpatient experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Greater than 3 years of outpatient experience for Level 2 therapists.
• Recent outpatient orthopedics experience.
