Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting under supervision.
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Support therapy sessions and adapt activities to meet individual patient needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or certification.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt to patient needs.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with adult or geriatric patient populations.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
