Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult home health and infusion care according to patient needs.
• Document patient care activities using Epic electronic health records.
• Travel within designated mileage radius for patient visits, billing mileage at federal rates.
• Maintain compliance with all travel and certification policies, including background checks and licenses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and float within scope of practice as required.
• Ensure timely completion of required modules and documentation during orientation.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state RN license (pending licenses accepted with in-hand license by start date).
• Minimum of 13 weeks of home health and home infusion experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Epic electronic health record experience.
• Ability to bill for mileage at federal mileage rate.
• Must be able to work Days shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred.
• Nursys verification required at submission.
• Experience working in adult home health settings.
