• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Complete documentation related to patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain patient progress records and communicate effectively with team members
• Adhere to facility policies and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in setting-specific physical therapy preferred
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and efficiently
• Equipment provided during interview for assessment purposes

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a clinical or hospital environment
• Knowledge of documentation and compliance standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
