Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, including orthopedics and general outpatient cases.
• Manage a productivity workload of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain prior approval for overtime hours.
• Support float coverage to other clinics as needed within the travel team.
• Ensure quality care and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; PTA candidates accepted.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to float to neighboring clinics if needed.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours, with a guarantee of 36 hours weekly.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedics or outpatient therapy.
• Previous travel therapy experience is a plus.
• Strong patient communication and organizational skills.
