Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services in a busy outpatient clinic.
• Manage a productive caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Perform follow-up visits, including double-booking when necessary.
• Collaborate with other clinics within the travel team as needed, providing float coverage across locations.
• Ensure therapy services are delivered within established productivity and scheduling guidelines, with prior approval for overtime hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see a high volume of patients daily.
• Must be available to work full-time days.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers.
• Ability to work in a team environment across multiple clinic locations.
