Travel, Day shifts, 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced perioperative nursing care in the Endoscopy/GI unit, including procedures such as colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, and bronchoscopy.
• Circulate and assist during endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Operate specialized equipment including Olympus scopes, OER elite washer, and ION robot.
• Document procedures accurately in Meditech Expanse and Provation systems.
• Float as needed to the Ambulatory Surgery Center and surrounding facilities.
• Maintain adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and unit-specific guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 2 years of endoscopy/GI nursing experience.
• Ability to perform advanced procedures such as ERCP and EUS.
• Proficiency with robotic bronchoscopy, EBUS, and related advanced skills.
• Certifications relevant to endoscopy procedures.
• Ability to work 10-hour days during daytime hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic bronchoscopy and EBUS procedures.
• Familiarity with Meditech Expanse and Provation documentation systems.
• Prior experience working in high-volume endoscopy suites with advanced equipment.
