- Travel, 13-week assignment, Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation unit.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using electronic medical records (Meditech Expanse).
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Float to other rehab sites as needed based on census.
- Adhere to unit policies, including weekend rotations and on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas occupational therapy license.
- CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an occupational therapist.
- BCLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Inpatient rehab experience.
- Experience with skilled therapy procedures.
- Passion for rehab and adaptable, flexible personality.
