Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy for a general patient population.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to maximize efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff, with prior approval from the director for any overtime hours.
• Maintain productivity expectations and document patient progress effectively.
• Occasionally float to other clinics within the organization, if required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Flexibility to work days shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic caseload experience.
• Experience with double-booking or high-volume outpatient settings.
• Strong organizational skills and team-oriented mindset.
