Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in achieving organizational and department goals.
• Provide support as a Charge Nurse, quality management coordinator, and resource for the unit.
• Coordinate and direct nursing care for an assigned group of residents/patients during each shift.
• Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident/patient care.
• Participate in patient/resident and family education.
• Collaborate with nursing and resident/patient team members according to facility policies and standards.
• Assist administratively in the absence of the Director.
• Maintain resident/patient privacy and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• Active State of Maine or Compact RN license.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (2-year college).
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting preferred.
