Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities under supervision
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications
• Current and valid occupational therapy assistant license or certification
• Relevant experience or education in occupational therapy assisting
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of patient care documentation systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
