Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry patients and ensure patient safety and care compliance
• Perform IV starts, medication administration, lab testing, and patient education
• Maintain accurate documentation within clinical systems such as Epic
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care in a stepdown setting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including telemetry units
• Valid state or compact nursing license at the time of submission
• CPR/BLS certification and IV certification required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Ability to pass telemetry testing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience monitoring telemetry patients with a strong understanding of cardiac rhythms
• Knowledge of lab procedures, medication administration, and patient education
• Prior experience in an ICU, PCU, or stepdown unit
