Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients in a hospital setting, including NICU and PICU units.
• Manage ventilators, administer treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond to emergency situations during night shifts, including calls from the unit.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, licensing, and certification requirements.

Required Qualifications

• South Carolina CRT or RRT license.
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a children’s hospital NICU and PICU.
• Significant NICU and PICU experience required; neonatal/children’s specialty experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of EMR experience with EPIC system.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with neonatal and pediatric populations in a hospital setting.
• Ability to float between units as needed, demonstrating competencies.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
