Occupational Therapist
Location: Morehead, KY
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Assist patients in regaining skills for daily living and working towards recovery goals.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with hospital policies.
- Float within hospital departments or nearby facilities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid state license for occupational therapy (must be active at the time of submission).
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a 75-mile radius of the facility.
- Reliable references.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience working in a hospital or inpatient setting.
- Ability to adapt to floating between departments or affiliate hospitals.
