- Rotating shifts, 1 shift per week, 13-week assignment, LTC/SNF setting
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and treatments in a long-term care environment
- Administer medications and notify healthcare providers of pertinent information
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADL), admissions, and discharges
- Provide specialized care including gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, nebulized treatments, wound vac, and CPAP care
- Follow facility protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license
- Experience working in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to perform a variety of clinical duties and communicate effectively with staff and patients
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with complex patient care procedures such as wound vac and gastrostomy care
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts based on facility needs
