• Full-time, Days shifts, 8 hours per shift, 5 days per week, split assignment between facilities in Towson, MD, and Sykesville, MD

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in various clinical settings
• Assess patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state-issued Physical Therapist license
• Proven experience in physical therapy or a related field
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a split facility environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in multiple facility settings
• Knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation or hospital-based therapy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
