Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitation patients during night shifts.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
- Document patient progress and any incidents accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulations.
- Assist with patient mobility and comfort as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in rehabilitation settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Ability to work night shifts safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with neurological or orthopedic rehabilitation patients.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
