Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients according to individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate therapy programs
• Document patient progress and adapt therapy approaches as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain compliance with licensing and professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license or certification for the state of New Hampshire
• Proven experience in occupational therapy or a related field
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
