Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct psychiatric nursing care to patients in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Monitor and assess patient mental health status and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- Active Connecticut RN license.
- BLS certification.
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
- Ability to work weekends or mostly weekends is highly preferred but not mandatory.
