Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans and therapy programs for patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Support patients in improving daily living and motor skills.
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification/license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience in occupational therapy preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to adhere to healthcare compliance standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records.
