Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title

• ICU Registered Nurse (Float Pool)

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients across multiple critical care units, including ER, Step-Down, MTC, and PACU, floating as needed.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to urgent needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic medical records (EPIC).
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a high standard of patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar-sized facility or critical care setting
• Ability to float across all critical care floors and ER (limited patient assignment)
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital with diverse critical care units
• Strong adaptability and excellent communication skills
