Behavior Analyst Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analysis services and develop behavior intervention plans for students in a school setting.
• Support and train school staff, paraprofessionals, and parents/guardians on behavior intervention techniques.
• Conduct assessments, track student progress, and update intervention strategies accordingly.
• Manage classroom and individual student behavior to create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to develop, implement, and monitor education plans tailored to students’ needs.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• 1-3 years of school-based experience working with students with autism or behavioral challenges.
• Experience supervising ABA therapists (preferred).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with young children in a public school environment.
• Strong behavior management and program development skills.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
