• Full-time, Mids (evening/late shift), on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams by preparing operating rooms and sterilizing equipment
• Support surgeons during procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are available
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth surgical operations
• Follow infection control guidelines and document procedures as required

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (or equivalent)
• Basic knowledge of surgical procedures and operative environments
• Ability to work 8+ hours per shift with consistent performance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a surgical setting or hospital environment
• Familiarity with sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Bilingual skills (preferred but not required)
