Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic and light neuro patients
• Evaluate patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Follow clinic protocols and adhere to state licensing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Connecticut state physical therapy license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient experience preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating orthopedic and neuro conditions
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Work Details

• Hours Per Shift: 8 hours
• Shifts: Days, Monday through Friday (5 days per week)
• Total Shifts Per Week: 5
• Location: Norwich, CT (326 Washington Street)
• Schedule options include 5x8-hour shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM) or 4x10-hour days
• Clinic operates Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Total hours per week: 40
