Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and support in a rehabilitation setting
- Assist with therapy and recovery plans under medical supervision
- Monitor patient progress and record relevant health information
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards
- Document patient observations during 12-hour day shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky
- Experience or training in rehabilitation nursing preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
- Knowledge of patient recovery protocols and therapies
