Key Responsibilities

• Float between neuro and telemetry units within a short-term acute care hospital.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients, monitoring neuro and cardiac statuses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital dress code and unit-specific protocols.
• Comply with scheduling requirements including working weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Complete required clinical modules and maintain compliance as per hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN license; compact license accepted.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Must be willing to float between units and possibly to sister facilities.
• Must provide two supervisory references from the last three years.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in neuro or telemetry units preferred.
• Previous experience working in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Familiarity with hospital dress code and protocols.
• Comfort with scheduling and holiday shifts.
